Message: I had went to the branch after reporting a fraudulent transaction in my account via secure message. They responded immediately. In the branch I met with Paige. She was very thoughtful, thorough and she made this process easy. She even met my dog :). I got my account cared for professionally. I left a very satisfied customer. I had also mentioned my future banking needs aka auto / home loans would be with this bank. How they treat their customers they go above and beyond. Love the team at the Hollister Mo branch.
